Stone Crab Festival 

Looking for an entertaining weekend full of seafood and fun? Then you definitely don’t want to miss out on this year’s annual Stone Crab Festival, set for October 28, 29 and 30 at several connecting locations on the Old Naples Waterfront including Tin City, Bayfront, Port of Naples Marina, and the Naples Trolley Tours location. Celebrating its 7th anniversary this year, the Stone Crab Festival will offer plenty of fresh stone crab claws, music, events, art and a ton of fun activities for the whole family!

Kick It Off

The festival officially starts out with a kick off celebration at Pincher’s Crab Shack from 4-10pm on Friday, October 28 with the ceremonial "Cracking of the Claw." There will be live entertainment, stone crab claws, and drink specials. Be sure to grab your hotel reservations early to put you close to the action, since the main events continue for the rest of the weekend. See the Sights

Spend your weekend seeing the sights of Naples while enjoying as much fresh seafood as you can eat. Take advantage of the boat tours at Pure Florida, located at Tin City. Sightsee on Naples Bay and the Gulf on board the Double Sunshine, or zip through the bay to the Gulf on the thrilling Jet Boat Odin. Boat tours are available every two hours between 10 a.m and 4:30 pm at the festival special rate of $20. You’ll find the Naples Princess yacht at Port of Naples Marina, sailing at at 10 a.m. and Noon.  If you’re looking for a tour on land, check out the beautiful Historic Palm Cottage near the Naples Pier, the oldest home in Naples and take a docent-guided tour. Here you can explore the culture and history of the home and of the community surrounding it. You don’t have to wander too far to find some fun, however. You’ll find plenty of restaurant and vendor booths, kids activities, and music  at the Bayfront location. 

Enjoy the Food

With so many restaurants participating in the festival it’s going to be seafood, and just plain foodie, heaven! Head down to Tin City for their Block Party featuring live music, stone crab claws, BBQ, and more. You can dine-in at Pinchers Crab Shack or Riverwalk at Tin City all day and evening. Kelly’s Fish House at Port of Naples Marina will serve stone crab dinners. There will be over 20 restaurant booths serving all kinds of taste treats at the Bayfront location. Some good Bayfront spots to enjoy cool beverages and snacks including Bambu Tropical Bar & Grille at Bayfront Inn on 5th, Tavern on the Bay, Shane’s Cabana Bar, and more.
